If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we accept returns of new, unworn, and undamaged merchandise in its complete original packaging with proof of purchase within 30 days of your purchase.
Returns/Exchanges take about 2+ weeks to be processed. Once processed we credit immediately upon the receipt of goods, however, please allow up to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement. Credits can only be issued to the original form of payment.
You have two options for returning/exchanging merchandise purchased online: by mail or in store. All returns/exchanges of online orders, whether by mail or in store, must be returned within 30 days from the day the order was purchased.
Option 1: Return By Mail
To return by mail, please follow these instructions:
- CLICK HERE to fill out a Return Form PRIOR to sending your return back. ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED FIRST
- If you do not have an account please refer back to your original Order Confirmation email to view your order.
- Once your return has been approved, securely pack your merchandise, making sure to include all pages of the packing slip. Please try to use the original shipping box and materials.
- Affix the pre-addressed and pre-paid return label to your return package.
- Mail your return package at any UPS Drop off center.
Option 2: In Store
You can return/exchange items purchased at SHOP601.com in any Melissa USA retail location in the United States, with the exception of Melissa Galeria in New York. You will need to present your receipt/invoice at the time of the return/exchange.
The above in-store return policy also applies to orders that were bought online and picked up in a store.
All merchandise purchased on FINAL SALE are not eligible for return. Exchanges are allowed for color, size, or merchandise credit.
IN-STORE PURCHASES (US ONLY):
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and other components included, when accompanied by an original receipt/invoice or gift receipt. All returns accepted within 30 days of purchase, as listed on your receipt/invoice.
Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s). The credit should appear on your next statement. You should receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.
Gift Cards and Merchandise Credits are non-returnable, cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law.
Melissa Shoes reserves the right to modify its return and exchange policy at any time.
Purchases made in Melissa Galeria in New York City not eligible for return or exchange.
