What will happen to my Melissa+ Membership?

Your Melissa+ Membership will remain active until it expires one year after you activated it. You will be able to use your Melissa+ Benefits on www.shopmelissa.com with a unique promo code. Please check your email for a message from ShopMelissa for more information and your unique promo code to use at check out. If you have any other concerns please email help@shopmelissa.com.

I still haven't received order, where is it?

Please allow, 10-14 business days for your order to arrive.You will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking number. Be sure to check your junk mail in case it was filed under SPAM and add support@shop601.com in your contacts so you never miss an email.

I need to make an exchange or return, how do I do that? 

Because of the merger with www.shopmelissa.com, you are not able to make any returns at this time. You can continue to make exchanges at our Disney Springs and Puerto Rico retail locations. If you would like to make an online exchange your products for a different size/color you will need to contact help@shopmelissa.com or call 407-859-7110.

I want to visit a Melissa store, where are you located?
